I work full-time in an office and casual at a restaurant on the weekends.
I will be paid by my office employer for the public holidays this season because they fall on workdays.
My casual restaurant employer has asked me to work on said public holidays. Am I allowed to work my casual job on a day that my fulltime employer has paid me for? (Eg. Christmas Day, New Year's Day, etc)

You can be paid by as many employees as you want.

Yes, why wouldn't you be?

You are being paid for the day, not to have a holiday, you can even work in the office on that day (for extra money)

Thanks for your reply.
I would essentially be getting paid from 2 employers for the same day. Is that allowed?
