Hello,

We tried to pay very small amount of  super to one of our employee but it bounced back. I emailed him and found out that his visa expired ,he claimed all money from his super accounts, closed them and went back to his home country overseas (he doesn't live in Australia anymore). He replied to my email saying he didn't want those few dollars (. You don’t need to transfer).

What should I do in this case? do I pay super contribution to ATO?

He is not Australian resident for tax purposes anymore
