Hi , I am having some doubts myGovID,if nyone finds sometime please assist me.

  • A partner/accountant is working for different accounting practices e.g for three
  • He has standard user ID strength.

so will it be possible for him to the tax agent portals of all three clients at the same time.

Will accessing one portal while logged into one will disconnect the one already logged in to.

Thanks a lot

Hi @Joachim,

Thanks for your patience while we checked this for you.

If a user has multiple tax practices linked to their myGovID, then they can only access one practice at one time. However, they can easily swap between practices (without having to logout) by selecting the other Agent Numbers they have access to within the Online Services for Agents product.

Let us know if you have any further questions!

Thanks, NateH
