We need to offer special thanks to our tireless volunteers @MVF, @macfanboy, @SebReiter, @DuncanS, and @Matthew-at-ICB. These five people spend hours of their own time each week reading, researching and writing responses to your questions, and we appreciate every minute.
We’ve also welcomed our wonderful new Community moderators and support staff @NicM and @JodieM, and said goodbye to @KelbeM and @BreeH, who’ve moved to exciting new roles. JodieH, PaulM, and AmandaE have been busy in the background, designing new functions and revamping our Community pages – keep an eye out over the coming months to see what we’ve been up to!
We’re going to be taking a well-earned break for the next ten days. We won’t be posting answers to your questions, but if you see something that breaks our House rules or Moderation Guidelines, let us know by clicking that ‘Report inappropriate content’ button and we’ll sort it out.
ATO’s contact centres and social media teams will also be offline from today and resuming services at 8:00am on Wednesday 2 January 2019.
