I own 1,000 shares in Kathmandu (NZ). I received a dividend the 2019FY of NZ$425.

The total dividend I received according to the statement was NZ$500, but foreign withholding tax of NZ$75 (15% of the gross dividend) was deducted.

The foreign exchange rate on the date the dividend was received was NZ$1 = A$0.95.

I don't have more than A$50,000 invested in foreign assets.

Just wondering where I would include this in my 2019 tax return?

Hi @Scot,

I would suggest having a read of this page: www.ato.gov.au/Individuals/International-tax-for-individuals/Investing-overseas/

If you're completing your return online via myTax here is the link to instructions on where to put it on your return:
