I have purchased a home and is owner occupied home(my family home),

I have to move out and is going to sell it in just 3-4 months of my purchase time.

 

Do I exempt from the CGT please?

If it has been your home only, you lived there as soon as you could, never used the

property to produce income you will be exempt from CGT.
