Redundancy Payment for employee over 66 years of age

What would redundancy payment for an employee over 66 years of age get processed as, Excluded ETP or Non - Excluded ETP?

If age is the only reason why the redundancy is deemed to be non-genuine, the payment is an excluded ETP.  This link gives further details.
