Hi, I did my tax return on the 1st of July and received a notice that it’s going to take 30 days to process. However, it has been 3 months since and my tax is still on the ‘In progress- Balancing account stage’. What should I do?
Or is this completely normal due to covid?

ATO aims to process electronically lodged tax returns within two weeks. Paper tax returns are processed manually and can take up to 10 weeks (may take up to seven weeks to show on our systems). However, some tax returns may require manual checks and take longer.

If you passed this timeframe , you can contact the ATO and they will be able to assist you
