Trying to lodge tax return through mygov, but identity hub not working.

Code A933.24 - Something went wrong

Information is missing that is needed to access the Online TFN form. Please try again.

 

Is the site down that requires me to create an identity hub?

Thanks for your question. I was unable to find anything relating to that error code. Please ensure you are using myTax on ATO online services which is accessed through myGov. Once you have accessed this click on lodge tax return from there. If you have been unsuccessful maybe give it a couple of hours and try again. If you have any further issues, don't hesitate in contacting us again.
