What is the percentage that my employee should discount for taxes?

I'm casual and I can see in my Payslip they discount like 35% from my payment (fourthly). I'm foreign with a partner sponsorship visa. Thank you.

To calculate how much tax should be withheld from your wages, you should start with our  Tax withheld for individuals calculator. One of the questions asks about your residency status, to help you figure that out, I would suggest looking at Work out your residency status for tax purposes.
