Advising ATO of Trustee change.

In mid March 2017 our SMSF changed from 2 Trustees to a Corporate Trustee.Do I have to advise ATO?

The bank a/c changed to new Company a/c a short while later.Do i have to advise the ATO? And How?

Yes, I believe the trustees of a SMSF need to advise the ATO of any change in the trustees.

I will check out the link.

Hopefully it will tell me when the requirement became effective.

If the change was 5 years ago???

Or 1/7/17 = Advise ATO, no doubt.
