I have lodged the end of year finalisation file and received a "Successful" status on the lodgement. That was a week ago, but employees are still getting a "Not Tax Ready" message on their MyGov tax account. I've double checked the data in the year end file which is all accurate. I thought a week was excessive time frame, even though the tax office has been inundated at this time of the year.
