Worried you’re missing part of your refund? Remember, the low and middle income tax offset isn’t a refund on its own – it’s used to offset (or reduce) the amount of tax you pay. The offset amount you may be entitled to is automatically applied and could range between $255-$1080, depending on things like your taxable income and how much tax you’ve paid.

STP - Employees MyGov account showing Not Tax Ready by year end lodgement by employer is successful

I have lodged the end of year finalisation file and received a "Successful" status on the lodgement.  That was a week ago, but employees are still getting a "Not Tax Ready" message on their MyGov tax account.    I've double checked the data in the year end file which is all accurate.    I thought a week was excessive time frame, even though the tax office has been inundated at this time of the year.

Hi SThompson, I am still experiencing the same issue as you were.  I was just wondering if your issue is fixed now and maybe it was a backlog from ATO ?
