I have a HELP account that is showing that it is in credit. How do I:

i. confirm that the account has been paid;

ii. have the credit paid out?

The options for the telephone line - 132865 - do not include options for HELP enquiries.

Hi.
You can check your myGov account to see your payments and if there is a credit is there. If your account is in credit it should usually be refunded when you do your tax return.
