Do people who lodge STP/BAS through software with an Agent SSID require a MyGovID?

Hi LLM,

If you use cloud based software you will not need to use myGovID and RAM. Your software developer will make changes on their software side and will notify you if you need to update any details.

Information on this is available on the RAM website under the machine credential tab
