Hi,

I'd like to know why sometimes ATO don't send out the company's SOA to show the tax return has been processed?

Hi @MagW,

You are right in that we don't always send out a SOA.  A company is classed as a fully self-assessed entity and we'll only send out a SOA if the account balance changes after we have processed the tax return.

I hope this helps.

You can request your accountant to download one from the portal & send you or If you have an access to ATO Business Portal you can download yourself for your record, or some times the Lenders require to verify that indeed you have lodged your company tax returns at the time of obtaining the finance
