Worried you’re missing part of your refund? Remember, the low and middle income tax offset isn’t a refund on its own – it’s used to offset (or reduce) the amount of tax you pay. The offset amount you may be entitled to is automatically applied and could range between $255-$1080, depending on things like your taxable income and how much tax you’ve paid.

Hi @Joachim,

We have answered this on your other thread.

If a user has multiple tax practices linked to their myGovID, then they can only access one practice at one time. However, they can easily swap between practices (without having to logout) by selecting the other Agent Numbers they have access to within the Online Services for Agents product.

Let us know if you have any further questions!

Thanks, NateH

Can an individual with ' Basic User Strength '  do the following tasks

  • View ICA/ITA  accounts

  • Lodge Income Txa Returns

Only if  you find time please let me know  the answer.

Hi @Joachim,

We are still waiting on an answer to your first question but we can answer your second one.

To access any of our online services you need a myGovID with a Standard identity strength. We are developing a solution for people who are unable to achieve the standard identity strength which will be available in March. Have a look at our webpage about accessing our online services with a Basic myGovID which has some more information.

Thanks, NateH
