I haven’t received my Payment summary

Hi,
My previous employer (I finished there last December) has not emailed my payment summary or provided me with a paper copy. Since finishing there the business was placed into liquidation but I have tried emailing the accounts email as well as the owner and have received no response. I can’t call them as I don’t have anyone’s phone number any more and I am wondering if anyone knows what my options are?

Hey,

 

I assume this is a dead end. You can use pay slips and pay summaries from the bank, but I suggest you read this article by the ATO for the exact situation you are in:

Thank you! I have all of my payslips so it’s good to know that I can use those
