Hi - I am a full time employee working from home during COVID - can I claim a 100% deduction for the cost of an $800 ergonomic chair and $300 sit/stand desk purchased to protect my ergo-health while working full time in my home office? I.e does the instant asset write off threshold apply to employees during COVID or am I limited to the $300 write off that normally applies to individuals not in business? The equipment is being used wholly for work purposes in a dedicated office in my house. Thanks

You are limited to the $300 limit as usual.

Anything over that will be depreciated x by the 'work use'

Just remember that it is not a $ for $ rebate, it reduces your taxable income so you pay less tax.
