Worried you’re missing part of your refund? Remember, the low and middle income tax offset isn’t a refund on its own – it’s used to offset (or reduce) the amount of tax you pay. The offset amount you may be entitled to is automatically applied and could range between $255-$1080, depending on things like your taxable income and how much tax you’ve paid.

Hi

I am a Sole Trader with Personal Service Income (PSI) only. I received Job Keeper payments in the last tax year (19/20).

Where do I declare the Job Keeper payments? Currently I have included them in my PSI income.

Thanks very much

Hello @Ducati748ss

As a sole trader, you include JobKeeper payments at the label 'Assessable government industry payments' on your tax return.

Have a great day Smiley Happy
