Hi, I am working from home in a holiday property that is available to rent, however due to covid it has remained unrented during this time. Can I claim both investment property deductions and working from home deductions for this period? Thanks

I would think no, because how can it be available for rent if you are in it using it? I’d be curious an other’s thoughts on this, but it seems Luke double dipping.
