I'm a Malaysian Student currently holding a Temporary TU Subclass 500 Visa for a duration of 3 years. Am I subject to any sort of tax when I'm trading forex that is linked to my Australian bank account?

Hello Carl,

Could you please share more details about your trading Forex and the account? You need to know the following things from http://fto-capital.reviews/forex-industry/domyhomework which will help you with Forex for international students and other things that may be helpful afterwards. I had a foreign exchange student living with my (from Malaysia) and I claimed the donations ($50 per month) as per https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p526.pdf as requested. You need to be careful about taxes.

All the best,
