      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A team member has successfully been using her MyGovid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday she was unable to use it as she had an error unable to verify id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She has downloaded the app again and put in her id and it was unable to verify her id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She deleted the app again and put in the information but am now unable to put in the details of her id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are we to do to get this working again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All her id is Austrailan documentation, she has no foreign forms of id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have checked the dates and languages. I have double checked that the data I am entering is correct.       <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I think I accidentally clicked the option 'I no longer need to lodge tax return' in my non lodgement advice of 2019 financial year. The online account now is not showing anything regarding my 2019 lodgement. I'm a bit worried if this will affect my future tax return because I will start working a week later.&lt;BR /&gt;I might be asking something stupid as this is the first time I use this.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to login to the ATO tax portal but I've found that the business I'm trying to log in for is no longer listed as an option for AUSkey for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I tried to sign up for a myGovID instead but can't get past the first step of verifying my email address. After entering the verification code sent to my email, the myGovID app always displays this error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Something went wrong&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately we will need you to start over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CLR000003&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried multiple times, always with the same result and unfortunately there's no information online regarding this error code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to restore AUSkey login for this particular business for the time being or a solution to the myGovID issue as I'm currently locked out and unable to report IAS and BAS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Firstly I had to buy a new phone (even though there is nothing wrong with the old one) and now it is not recognising the names on my identity documents. The first document I uploaded was my birth certificate (which may be the issue because it is in my maiden name). I have since scanned/entered my medicare card and passport multiple times but it is saying the names / DOB do not match. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing, plus clearing the data/cache and nothing seems to work. I cant ring during office hours so need to try and sort it out over the weekend (or after hours).       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have made two posts now, and both have disappeared.&amp;nbsp; The second one persisted until I edited it and posted in some logs from an Android adb session.&amp;nbsp; The WYSIWG editore here has an 'insert code' link so I am unsure why the posts are getting deleted for containing simple logs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to report that Android 8.1.1 with MyGovId 1.4.0.0 hangs when updating the MyGovId app, rendering it unusable, as you cannot bypass the update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone advise how I can provide logs to the ATO without having my post summarily deleted (there's no notification process, post just disappears)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I opened the app on Friday, it advised&amp;nbsp; 'Update your app'. No option not to update.&amp;nbsp; If you choose to update then Google Play goes to 'waiting for download' and sits there forever.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am a BAS agent &amp;amp; I have installed MyGovID on my phone &amp;amp; can successfully log into the on line services from home &amp;amp; for the clients I do at home. I also do a couple of clients on site &amp;amp; I'm not sure how I go about accessing their accounts on the ATO. I logged in at one the other day my it only brought up my home clients. These clients are accessable on Auskey. How do I change the clients I have on Auskey on site to be able to lodge their BASes please ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm currently set up on Auskey for a number of entities. I'm not an 'Associate' so when I migrate to RAM, can I migrate all of my authorisations (at administrator level) to RAM for all these entities? I'm guessing no - &amp;nbsp;as I can't see the entities in my RAM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this mean I have to get the Associate to register for myGovID himself and then authorise me, ie treat all these entities as though they were new entities. As I am already at administrator level, why can't i simply 'transfer' over to RAM without involving the Associate starting from sratch. Obviously I have already got the appropriate authorisations under Auskey and don't see why RAM can't accommodate this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My visa was canceled in December 2018, because I have finished my work and departed AUS. I also claimed my DASP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still have my Australian TFN and bank account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An opportunity arose to work 10h/week remotely, on a one-year engagement. I would be working and residing in the EU in this time. I wonder if I can do that without a visa and if I would need to pay taxes in Australia for this, doing a tax return this financial year?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the Portal, it is possible to request two reports - outstanding ITR lodgments and outstanding Activity Statements.&amp;nbsp; I have requested the outstanding activity statements report several times in the past two years but it has never been accurate.&amp;nbsp; For example, I ran the report in early July, knowing I have a certain number of both quarterly and annual activity statements then outstanding.&amp;nbsp; The report was delivered with less than half the number of statements outstanding.&amp;nbsp; Since there is no way I can rely on these reports, my only&amp;nbsp; alternative has been to visit each clients area of the portal and check for outstanding activity statements.&amp;nbsp; Is there any way to get an accurate report?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm a bookkeeper for several businesses and made a terrible mistake in lodging my client's PAYG payment summary (EMPDUPE file). I didn't realise that I was logged in using&amp;nbsp;my AusKey for Client 1 and lodged the payment summaries for Client 2!&amp;nbsp; What are the effects of this and how can I correct it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate any help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We lodged our first TBAR file for a SMSF client last night through our ATO Tax Agent Portal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The file validated and accepted as lodged.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there a way we can check and verify if the data was correctly downloaded?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;eg Fund, member, pension amounts, etc&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How can we check the individual member through the portal to see what his Transfer Balance Account is showing to make sure it is within the $1.6M cap limit on the ATO records?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone please tell me why Ive added a new client to my BAS Agent portal and its not showing up in the Directory list?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a receipt number as "Transaction completed".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I tried to add it again, it says Im already the appointed tax agent for this account but its not showing in the Directory list?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Usually they are immediately showing up in the Directory?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Auskey is a N-I-G-H-T-M-A-R-E to use and is insecure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When is the ATO going to replace Auskey?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you &lt;STRONG&gt;HATE&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Auskey&lt;/STRONG&gt; then click &lt;STRONG&gt;LIKE&lt;/STRONG&gt; on &lt;STRONG&gt;this&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;post&lt;/STRONG&gt; so we can &lt;STRONG&gt;lobby&lt;/STRONG&gt; the &lt;STRONG&gt;ATO&lt;/STRONG&gt; to remove it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;It exposes small business to being hacked by cyber criminals.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Its extremely hard to setup.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Its hard to add new users and control their permissions.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;It requires users to use&amp;nbsp;insecure versions of browsers.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In some cases it requires users to install two versions of a browser and ensure that the older version isn't accidently upgraded.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;It does not support the most commonly used browser in the market (Chrome 59% as at June 2017).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Essentially this is a hugh impost on small business who by and large do not have access to IT resources to manage this mess.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Banks and the larger community have moved to th Two factor Authentication which is easy to use and secure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no need for physical security tokens or poorly designed Auskey certificates, simple to use phone apps are available today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
