      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A team member has successfully been using her MyGovid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday she was unable to use it as she had an error unable to verify id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She has downloaded the app again and put in her id and it was unable to verify her id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She deleted the app again and put in the information but am now unable to put in the details of her id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are we to do to get this working again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All her id is Austrailan documentation, she has no foreign forms of id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Like many others, I am having trouble setting up the MYGOVID app.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried EVERYTHING suggested (numerous times) to get it running.&lt;BR /&gt;I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have cleared the cache and data. I have checked the dates and languages. I have double checked that the data I am entering is correct.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I just downloaded the MyGovApp and it seemed to be working fine.&amp;nbsp; But once I tried to to login to accept the RAM authorisation request I received an error code UNK00001.&amp;nbsp; I followed the instructions and reset the app, cleared cache &amp;amp; data and now as soon as I go into the app I receive the error code System Error code NWK000001 (Please try again later).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using a tablet with Android 8.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. There isn't an option at the moment to change an email address for a Mygov ID that has already been set up. It will be an option in the future though. If you still have the app and don't need to set up Mygov ID again, then you can still continue to use the original email address to login because its essentially a user name and you won't need to access the account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2. Your new employee can possibly register for another Mygov ID by using two identity documents that are different from the ones they used for their first account. They would also need to use a different email address. Check out which &lt;A href="https://www.mygovid.gov.au/need-help#what_identity_documents_do_i_need_to_set_up_a_mygovid" target="_blank"&gt;identity documents that Mygov ID will accept. &lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

With the level of scam emails, SMS's and phone calls, I wouldn't recommend anyone just giving this information out over the phone without some way of being able to positively identify the caller as coming from the ATO.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How are these security concerns being addressed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi KylieS,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Pixel 4, the phone itself was released towards the end of last year and is completely up to date with software versions. I have followed your instructions and those laid out on the ATO website (&lt;A href="https://www.mygovid.gov.au/need-help#what_if_i_receive_an_error_message_%E2%80%98system_error" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.mygovid.gov.au/need-help#what_if_i_receive_an_error_message_%E2%80%98system_error&lt;/A&gt;). I have also spoken with the ATO who have assured me that this is a known error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mygovID app more times that I can remember and still get the same System Error code: UNK000001.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken with the ATO and been informed that next month (March) the only option we will have is to manually fill in paper BAS and submit BAS via the post (we're going back in time 30 years). This will be time consuming and expensive given that I complete multiple BASs for multiple companies.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please provide any further assistance to how to make the app work or the ability to bypass the app and login on a website to be able to submit information (this is my preference anyway)? We have attempted to do this, but the website than requires a validation code from the app mygovID which we can't get access to?!?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look forward to hopefully a successful resolution either way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello 9aazapf.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I also have a new Samsung S10 and have had trouble since October trying to sign up to myGovID.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; However, have followed the instructions above about clearing the data and cache and it has worked; only now RAM is not working and have to wait 20 minutes to try and login again!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my numerous phone calls to the "help" area at the ATO I have been told the ATO is aware of the error problem and as myGovID is still in BETA mode they are trying to fix the problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; However, I will say the ATO Staff were very helpful and probably just as frustrated as us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like it is a Samsung (Android) problem specifically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was not happy about being forced to purchase a new phone as I was happy with my old one, but was only Android 6 and you must have Android 7 and above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ensure your device ‘time and date settings’ are correct for your region or set to automatic&lt;BR /&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ensure your client’s device ‘language’ settings are set to English (Australia).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Once these settings are confirmed clear the cache and data as follows:&lt;BR /&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Open phone Settings&lt;BR /&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Select Apps&lt;BR /&gt;
Select myGovID &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear Cache and Data&lt;BR /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;
Set up myGovID again using the same email, personal details and Identity documents that you used previously (try using&amp;nbsp; an alternate internet connection that is strong).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you &lt;A href="https://www.mygovid.gov.au/need-help#what_if_i_no_longer_have_access_to_the_email_address_i_used_to_set_up_my_mygovid" target="_blank"&gt;no longer have access to your email address&lt;/A&gt;, you can continue to use your myGovID to login to government online services if you still have access to your myGovID app.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You should not&lt;STRONG&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;delete your myGovID app if you have changed your email address since setting up your myGovID. If you no longer have the myGovID app installed on your smart device you will be unable to recover your identity and use your myGovID to log in to a government online service.&lt;/P&gt;

You can restore AUSkey but it will soon to be decommissioned.&amp;nbsp; Best option is to help you with the myGovID set up.&lt;/P&gt;

When you receive the CLR000003 error code, select continue. The app will then reset. It may prompt you to ‘create a myGovID' when it’s reopened. You will need to complete verification again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
By using the same email address you will need to enter all your personal details (name, DOB etc) exactly the same as your previous registration.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
The app can then associate your documents profile and complete the myGovID set up.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to login to the ATO tax portal but I've found that the business I'm trying to log in for is no longer listed as an option for AUSkey for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I tried to sign up for a myGovID instead but can't get past the first step of verifying my email address. After entering the verification code sent to my email, the myGovID app always displays this error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Something went wrong&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately we will need you to start over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CLR000003&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried multiple times, always with the same result and unfortunately there's no information online regarding this error code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to restore AUSkey login for this particular business for the time being or a solution to the myGovID issue as I'm currently locked out and unable to report IAS and BAS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks ropalinski, this works perfectly. I guess the main thing when having a new phone is to logout from mygov id app from your old phone before installing mygov is app on the new phone. Hopefully ATO will add this onto their official instructions very soon, like right now....</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble with the setting up my myGovID. I have looked through some questions/answers online but nothing seem to have worked. Firstly I had to buy a new phone (even though there is nothing wrong with the old one) and now it is not recognising the names on my identity documents. The first document I uploaded was my birth certificate (which may be the issue because it is in my maiden name). I have since scanned/entered my medicare card and passport multiple times but it is saying the names / DOB do not match. I have tried uninstalling/re-installing, plus clearing the data/cache and nothing seems to work. I cant ring during office hours so need to try and sort it out over the weekend (or after hours). &lt;P&gt;From mid-March 2020, there will be an option for people unable to achieve the Standard identity strength needed to access our online services.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
This will involve setting up a myGovID with a Basic identity strength using one or no Australian identity documents. Then:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;if you have an Australian tax file number, you will need to call us to have your identity verified.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;if you don’t have an Australian tax file number, you’ll need to send us certified copies of two identity documents. If they are in another language the copies will need to be translated by an authorised translation service.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once we’ve verified the documents, either over the phone or by mail, the principal authority will then need to authorise you in RAM. This will give you restricted access to online services like the Business Portal and Online services for agents.&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;Open phone Settings&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select Apps&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Select myGovID &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear Cache and Data&lt;BR /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;
Set up myGovID again using the same email, personal details and Identity documents that you used previously (try using&amp;nbsp; an alternate internet connection that is strong).&lt;/P&gt;

I ended up going back to my old phone, completely signed out of the myGovID app and then uninstalled the app.&amp;nbsp; I then cleared cache &amp;amp; data on my new phone, then uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app... and somehow miraculously it is now working.&amp;nbsp; Good luck all, however it shouldnt have been that hard!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am starting to think I am ringing a prank line!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also received another email from ATO advising I need to change to MyGovId, which I am trying my hardest to do, but the email is again a "No Reply" email so I can't advise them of the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you could please direct me to someone on the devlopment team as there is going to be huge problems if they shut down&amp;nbsp; Auskey before they have fully tested the MyGovId app and made sure that all the ATO agents and any businesses that need to use the app, are able to. I have a new Samsung and the app will not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keeps getting error UNK000001, that is when it will open at all. I have spoken to 3 different people at the MyGovID help line who have been unable to fix the problem and then referred me to the ATO complaints line. The girl from complaints sent me a text message and has failed to return any of my calls. The service is appalling. I work as a BAS agent and to not be able to speak to anyone at the ATO and to not be able to get an answer on what is going on with the app is so frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep getting emails from the ATO saying that you are making AUSKEY redundant but you have not yet got the replacement working for your agents. I will not be able to do my job on your behalf if you cancel AUSKEY and MyGovId does not work. I have a new Samsung and your app does not work on it, I am not buying another phone because you refuse to fix your software issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ATO, you need to start fixing the issues and you need to start calling your agents back and resolving problems rather than sending texts that we cannot respond to. I have been trying to fix this issue for over a month now and no one from the ATO seems to have a clue what is going on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As this foreign national is the principal authority of the company they need to be able to access Access Manager to authorize employees of the company to access the ATO's online services on behalf of the company. At the moment, on a 'basic' myGovID, this foreign national as the principal authority cannot make this authorisation. Therefore, no one in the company will be able to access the ATO Business Portal after AusKeys are retired in March 2020.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can a user who has a 'basic' myGovID, who is the principal authority of the company, link the business in RAM as well as authorise employees to access the ATO's service on behalf of a business? If the answer is no, then this is a design fault with myGovID.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have made two posts now, and both have disappeared.&amp;nbsp; The second one persisted until I edited it and posted in some logs from an Android adb session.&amp;nbsp; The WYSIWG editore here has an 'insert code' link so I am unsure why the posts are getting deleted for containing simple logs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to report that Android 8.1.1 with MyGovId 1.4.0.0 hangs when updating the MyGovId app, rendering it unusable, as you cannot bypass the update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone advise how I can provide logs to the ATO without having my post summarily deleted (there's no notification process, post just disappears)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Re-posting my post from Friday which disappeared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an Android 8.1.0 on aMoto G5 Plus, MyGovId v 1.4.0.0 installed and my ID verified 9/1/20. I opened the app on Friday, it advised&amp;nbsp; 'Update your app'. No option not to update.&amp;nbsp; If you choose to update then Google Play goes to 'waiting for download' and sits there forever.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I too have been using the app for about 3 months now on Samsung S7. Recently bought a new Samsung A70 and set up as directed and the app either refuses to open of gives the error message UNK000001.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstalled and reinstalled back on the old phone and it now wont work on it either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have spoken to 3 different people from the MyGovID help desk and none of the fixes work. Was then referred to the ATO complaints department who have sent me an automated message that I cannot&amp;nbsp; reply to, to call about the complaint. I have called and left 2 messages in the last week and no one calls back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Considering that Auskey ends next month and its replacement does not work, I think Auskey should not be retired until the ATO actually has its systems working properly for all its agents. It really is not good enough and I have wasted a lot of unpaid time trying to sort this ATO issue out myself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to know how and when this is actually going to be sorted, the fixes offered do not work!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our company has 70yo husband &amp;amp; wife directors - No others.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No other employees.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Small amount Directors Fees paid (hopefully) in June each year - No "wages".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Superannuation is our own SMSF.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We lodge paper Annual PAYG Statements.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have old phones (Samsung S2) and are happy using them - No need to upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are happy with how we interact with the ATO currently and don't want to (nor need to) change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My questions are :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Do we really need to move to Single Touch Payroll ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Do we need to move to myGovID ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Are there alternatives to using smart phones ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Now, when we log into the RAM and submit the password, it moves to the final page where we tick the declaration box and say "Accept".&amp;nbsp; All goes well and the "Accept" button becomes green after I tick the declaration, but when we press Accept, it wouldnt move any further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are in the process of preparing to transition prior to the decommission date to avoid any downtime.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our only concern is that the ATO are assuming everyone will have access to a smart device IOS 7+ to download and receive there MyGovID. This will not suitable for some clients/employees. It is my understanding that this will force them to be&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;basic users&lt;/EM&gt; with limited access to portal. Only those who have MyGovID authorisation will have&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;full&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;use of the portal etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue.&amp;nbsp; Was working fine on Samsung s9, have just upgraded to s10 and now cannot use the app at all, on either device. System Error NWK000001 on the old phone and System error UNK000001 on the new one.&amp;nbsp; Called the helpline and their response was I have to wait until an update of the app is released.. with no release date.&amp;nbsp; This is ridiculous. Why would you produce software that cannot be transferred between devices where the likilihood of it happening is so high! And then not have any feedback on how and when it will be fixed.&amp;nbsp; Good luck when they cut off Auskey access in March... And yes, I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, cleared cashe as instructed above, and on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
