I am sole director and shareholder of private company. I lent money to the company. The company pays me back by purchasing my monthly gym membership fee which comes out of compqny bank account. A ledger is kept tracking what the company still owes me and what it has given me. Does my company have to pay fbt on paying for my gym membership even though the company is paying back my loan to it?

No FBT if it is treated as a loan repayment
