I made no payments to contractors last financial year how do I lodge this for the tpar, im a sole trader.
I remember doing this in a past buts seems to not work now. I try to do non lodgment advice but unable, says "not allowed for last year as abn existed"
i dont remember it being this difficult in previous years.

When you access ATO Online Services on the TPAR lodgment screen where it states what isn't lodged and what is history. You don't hit the prepare button, just above that is a question that states do you need to lodge a non-lodgment advice. You click on the non-lodgment and that should bring you to the screen to lodge it without figures. If for some reason that still doesn't work you can just send a secure mail message under my profile>communication and just state that you want to lodge a non-lodgment for the year in question. Make sure to state the reason you don't need to lodge one and this should get it processed, but may take some time.

Many thanks for the extra information.
Because it lists the financial years and on the next line 'Non-lodgment advice' with a reference number, that perhaps a tax agent has already provided the non-lodgment advice.
If you've used a tax agent in the past, you might want to see if they've done it for you.
