I completed my apprenticeship earlier this year but have just discovered my trade support loan still hasn’t deducted the 20% amount upon completion. As well as the indexation amount coming in on the full amount.
Until now I wasn’t told their was a charge to the loan also, so the extra owing is disheartening.
Does someone know when the 20% comes off the total?
