How do I know if I have already set up myid? I have tried linking myid to mygov using "existing customer" and "new customer" but I keep getting an error message "unable to verify". My personal details were entered accurately and do not know why I cannot log in or create a new account. I tried months ago and got nowhere and now the same experience today. Very frustrating.

The ATO doesn't have control over the back-end of myID.
