Hi All

Is anybody else getting long delays receiving monies via EFT for PAYG withholding for the period ending 30th December 2020.

I have supplied my BAs statement and paid GST and PAYG as required but have waited since 1st March for the refund but still nothing and no answer to my emails either.

Previously I have received via EFT in about a week.

Cheers

Hi @casperam,

Unfortunately, without looking at your account I can't advise of anything causing a refund delay. As @SM2304 said, the cash flow boost has now ended so no new credit amounts will be applied. I'm assuming you have a balance there from the boost being applied in regards to previous months. If this is the case, usually a refund will be sent out automatically if there's no hold-ups with the account.

Make sure your bank account details are up to date with us to avoid any issues. If you haven't already, you can request a refund online through the business portal. You can also contact our business area by phone to have this looked into further to make sure there isn't anything stopping the refund. Their number is available on our contact us page under 'business enquiries'.

Hope this helps, let us know if you have any further questions.

The cash flow boost has been credited to my account and is drawn down when PAYG is submitted with my BAS. When you are not paying much in PAYG each qtr the large residual is still there as a credit.
