Worried you’re missing part of your refund? Remember, the low and middle income tax offset isn’t a refund on its own – it’s used to offset (or reduce) the amount of tax you pay. The offset amount you may be entitled to is automatically applied and could range between $255-$1080, depending on things like your taxable income and how much tax you’ve paid.

MyGovId docs not uploading to increase Id access

I am trying to set up MyGovId beyond Basic Id strength.  When I scan (or manually enter) any of the Id docs required, the wheel just spins and locks everything up until I have to end the session by closing the app down. However, when I return to try another Id document for upload there are no document options offered and the only way to bring the options back is to remove the App and re-install. All good until I try to upload another Id documents such as D/L, Passport or Medicard. Am I alone in this?  Tried phonoing but I just don't have the 30-60 minute wait time required. Using the latest iPhone 12 wirth all updated software. Very frustrating.

Thanks, Kylie.  Tried again this morning and all went through ok.  Not sure what happened, but all good now.

Thank you.

Hi @Blubarb,

This would be frustrating.  We have reached out to our technical team for information.

They have asked if you are still experiencing this issue.
