RAM - Troubles linking my business

I'm trying to access to my business portal through myGovID to lodge my BAS. So, I have to link my business... as "You are not currently linked to a business that allows access to this service" (I'm the business owner). After clicking 'Continue', the site is asking for entering an authorisation code "Enter the code as shown in the authorisation email you received." however I haven't received any email (I've checked the spam folder). How is that? Can anyone please help me with this? Thanks.

Hi @Juanmzc,

 

This one might be best if you contact our RAM heldpesk, that way somebody can go through all the details with you on the phone and help you get set up.

I already did it but I'm still waiting for the technical support to reach me back with a solution. I'm afraid I can't get this set up by 28 April... I have to lodge my BAS... I don't know what to do. Any suggestion?

Hopefully this issue has now been resolved but if you are still unable to lodge your BAS via the Business Portal, have a look at our website for information on how to lodge your BAS. It details the different BAS lodgment options.
