RAM setup error code - REB.BR.0604

I have been trying to accept some authorisation requests via the 'authorisationmanager.gov.au' website as instructed in my RAM Authorisation Code email received from some of my clients, but keep getting the following error code message for each of the three businesses I'm trying to register with -

"Unable to complete your request. Check the name and code details from your email (code is case sensitive). If the details are correct and you are still getting this error, contact your authorising representative. Error code: REB.BR.0604"

I have successfully set up another client and have been following the same process with these three, but it's just not working.  I still have two more clients to complete so I really need some help in getting these done.

Thank you in advance.

I found that the name put in by the ABN principal was my full legal name, but my MyGovID app only showed my first and last name, which generated that code. The principal modified my name on RAM to be first and last names only and that fixed the problem... no issues since.

I was previously using Google Chrome to register which wasn't working so I tried Firefox and also on my actual phone, also unsuccessfully.  The error message has changed now though -

"Incorrect attempt. To avoid being locked from entering your authorisation code, check the name on your email matches the one used for your myGovID and that the code you are entering matches the code on your email (code is case sensitive). Where the information does not match, contact your authorising representative. Error code: REB.BR.0605"

I can't think of what else to try and fix this - it is proving very frustrating.

We have had a similar question come through about this which we have answered in this thread.

Let us know if you have any further troubles.

I'm sorry, but that thread didn't really help.

the issue seems to be that the name being shown on RAM is only the first and last name - no middle name.  I have registered with MyGov ID with all names and also the RAM email has my full name, but RAM is only showing my first and last name.

This looks like a programming error from the IT guys that it does not bring in all names
