Re covid19 super release

ATO has wiitten a approved letter that my wife COVID 19 super has been approved

but up to now we have not received the money from MLC.

Just today MLC call my wife that her account has been closed , she cannot received the money.unless

she need to have another super account.

So confusing we are not the one who closed the MLC account because there no money in, they closed account and transfer to ATO, money is not much aound $3,700.

So i want to know what we shoud do now?

Thanks for the update. That must be frustrating. Generally if the application didn't have the correct details (said the amount was in a particular fund but it wasn't), there's not much that can be done. However, we would need to learn more details about your circumstances and access your account to say for sure, so it may still be worth giving us a call and asking.
