Using a mixer to anonymise ETH

I'm new

What are the tax implications of using a mixer such as tornado cash to anonymise ETH, so it is no longer associated with one's identity?
Is this considered a CGT event?

If somebody could elaborate further on the tax implications, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @AlKanNot

If you haven't actually disposed of it then no.

See our website for examples of disposal and types of CGT events.
