Could you please confirm whether agents/users will need to enter their individual MyGovID code each and every time they want to log in to the portal? There does not seem to be a option to allow access eg. for 30 days. 

Therefore, this will require each user to bring their personal smart device to work (if they have one....). 

Use of personal mobiles are generally not encouraged in the workplace.

Could you please explain.

Hi @Middletons,

 

Yes, they will need their smart device to log on to the portal. The smart device is only required for the log on step so your employees would not need to have it on them after this point.
