Walking out

Am employee just walked out without notice 3 days into the week. She was paid 3/5th of normal weekly JobKeeper ($450) and her final entitlements will be docked one week for failure to give notice. Is the JobKeeper payment correct or should she get the full $750? As JobKeeper is on a fortnightly cycle for reimbursements, this would be in the first week of the fortnight - how do I notify ATO to reimburse one week only of that fortnight for JobKeeper? (Pretty dumb thing to do - should have just gone home sick until the end of the pay period then resigned)

That's annoying for you. They worked at least one day of the jobkeeper fortnight so you need to pay them the minimum $1,500 for the fortnight and then tell ATO that they have resigned through your next monthly declaration. See this question for more detail: Resignation
