What happens if no release request is made after FHSS Determination

Hi,

I am just reading through FHSS scheme.

I understand Determination should be done before release request.

Assuming that I made determination and then because I couldnt find any property which suits my budget, I won't make any super release request. So what will happen. The money wont be released and no FHSS tax will be applicable right?

That is correct, if you don't apply for the release of the money then there will be no tax implications for you.
