If we consider bees livestock, the food we buy for them when they needed (sugar, pollen) are allocated as expenses or what account? Tax Code?

@Biggiesmalls is correct in that the tax code used will usually depend on your software. Food expenses for your bees will be classified as livestock fodder, so from a taxation perspective this would generally form part of the "All other expenses" category.

This all depends on how your have your accounting software set up. Many people don't use the tax codes however some do.
