If I entered Oz on a WHM visa but then got it changed to a Resident Return Visa Class BF sub class 154T. Do I still have to pay the 65% tax on all my Super or just the portion earned while on a WHM?

Hi @glenspost,

It is assessed by each super fund you have. If any part of a DASP from that super fund has contributions earned on a WHM visa, then the entire amount from that super fund will be taxed under WHM rates.

Remember that in order to be eligible for a DASP, you must have only held a temporary visa. A Resident Return Visa is for permanent residents, who are not eligible for DASP.

You can read more about eligibility for DASP and DASP for WHM on our website.
