What do I put in "Occupation where you earned most income" if I did not work as I was terminated  due to my injury and have not worked that tax year.

You would just put your occupation that you used to be in.

If you cannot find an appropriate specific occupation code, enter an accurate description of the taxpayer's occupation as you understand it and use the 'Occupation not listed' code 999000. Use this code as a last resort only.

You could put what your previous occupation was otherwise you may need to select unemployed if you're not working
