i have a thai girlfriend who i send money to for family surport. can i claim a deduction for her and her daughter?

No, you can not claim anything for her.

The money that you send has nothing to do with your income-earning activities therefor you can not reduce your taxable income.

Hi @david1969,

As per our Gifts and Donations deduction criteria, gifts or donations to family and friends, regardless of the reason, cannot be claimed.
