I am passed the age of 19 and have not provided my TFN to my employer. Am I still eligible to lodge a tax return?

Thanks.

If you don't provide your employer with your TFN they are required to withhold tax at 46.5%. It's in your beat interest to provide them with it. If you're required to lodge a tax return you will need to lodge regardless of whether you have your employer your TFN or not. See here for a calculator that will tell you if you need to lodge or not
