How do I report issues?
If you see a post that breaches our community guidelines, you can let us know by selecting the 'Report as inappropriate' button at the bottom of the post. This will notify our moderators who will take the appropriate action to ensure our Community remains a positive and safe place.
How can I talk to the moderators?
The moderators are constantly looking at our Community to ensure conversations are kept on track, positive and factual. If you see something that you disagree with you can let the moderators know by selecting the 'Report as inappropriate' button at the bottom of a post.
If you don't agree with a decision we make or want to talk to our moderators you can email us at ATOCommunity@ato.gov.au.
How can I share feedback or report a tech issue?
You can make a suggestion on the community or you can provide feedback through our pop-up survey.
