NFP is registered in Australia.

It received international donations from registered charities and individuals.

No GST is received with the donations.

NFP pays contractor both Australian and international.

Do the contractors include GST in their invoicing?

The contractors are individuals. The one in Australia is a Sole Trader.

Hi @Perplex3d,

Contractors who are registered for GST and providing a service to the NFP would include GST in their invoicing. The Contractor would need to be providing a taxable sale for this to happen.

We have some fantastic information on our website about GST and NFP that is well worth a read.

Take care and stay safe.
