Hello @Jheagney
Yes, your employer should fix the salary reporting error through STP and make a finalisation declaration for you as their employee.
The deadline for them to do this is 14 July 2021.
Once they've done that your income statement in our ATO online services linked through myGov will be updated and should show 'tax ready' status.
Your employer should know how to do this but just in case you can refer them to EOFY, STP and your employees information on our web site.

Thanks for your response. My employer is saying it is too late as all staff year ends are completed and are tax-ready on the ATO portal. I've included the non-identifying sentences from their response below. My concern is whether this is going to cause ATO to review my return for FY21 or FY22 for any reason?
"We submitted all payment summaries for all employees to ATO on27th June2021.
We cant amend the FY21 payment summaries now as they are now tax ready on ATO portal. And its too late."

Hi @Jheagney
If there's a difference between the information you lodge in your tax return and the information your employer has lodged with us then its likely that we'll review it.
If the information your employer has reported is incorrect they can still amend details after finalisation.
Our website has further details about Amendments after finalisation.
