I realised late that I qualify to medicare levy exemption, I have my medicare entitlement statements but I don't know what to do with it ?
Where should it be sent ?

Hi @agathe,
As @MCA_Accountants has advised you will need to lodge an amendment. However you are not required to send the statement in to us, but rather keep it filed for a period of 5 years in the event we audit your claim and request it from you.
