My employer has not marked "Tax Ready" with August 1st fast approaching what avenues of reporting employer to ATO/Fairwork for failure to provide ontime (previously 14th july for PAYG Summaries) this has impacted my reporting for 3rd partiea and feel the company should be responsible, if i lodge incorrect information i could obtain a debt with the ATO or 3rd party.
Hi @Lsh1987
Have you spoken with your employer to find out when your Income Statement will be Tax Ready?
Most employers who have been impacted by COVID-19 and need more time has until 31 July 2021 to finalise their payroll data. In saying that, it is ideal for employers to finalise income statements by 14 July 2021 if possible.

Hi thanks,
Its past the 1st, the employer has still not made this tax ready. What avenues do i have to report this as it will now impact 3rd parties including childcare costs.
