My notice of assessment has been issued on 22 July 2021
I am still waiting and have not received refund into my nominated bank account
Please let me know to resolve the issue

You are correct in that once the NOA (notice of assessment) issues you can expect any refund to follow shortly there after.
So do check the banking details you listed online. Also your ATO online Income tax account to see if it has been paid out. If those details hold up and you have still not seen it on your bank statement let us know and we can work out how to get it fixed.
However before doing that we have some helpful information on Missing tax return funds you will want to work through first.
