What is the definition for Veteran ? I receive an allowance of $6.20 pf from vet affairs as does my wife. She is also getting a pension from military super. she is not 60 yet, I am. do i claim senior offset as E or D?

Without knowing more details about you and your wife we won't be able to tell you which offset code to use. You'll need to run through the eligibility for the offset to see if your wife meets the criteria. If both of you are eligible you'll enter D, but if only you were eligible you'll enter E.
We have a page on our website that runs through the offset eligibility. It goes through each criteria one-by-one and tells you how to determine if you meet it or not. It lists the first set of questions in a table titled Condition 1, and then below the table provides instructions on what to do next.
