If what @LeeKD said is correct then we may not have enough info on you to link your account. If this is the case, and you are trying to link MyGov to the ATO, then your best bet is to contact us and we can help get that sorted for you. When you contact us we will need to verify your identity so it's best to have your identity documents ready.

Do you mean you are trying to link the ATO to your MyGov profile, but you have only got 1 item on the list needed to confirm your identity?
