My partner and I both have our own businesses, and our companies deposited our final salary sacrifice super amounts into super, via the small business super clearing house, about five days ago. We now wish to get our determinations ASAP- when can we expect to see those amounts reflected in myGov? Can we manually add these in? We received the emails on Friday 17 sept that the payments had been processed from the sbsch to our super accounts - but so far neither those nor myGov show the amounts when we log in.

Hi @Amg1,

How exciting to be so close to purchasing your first home.

Super funds report the information to us. They must do this once a year, usually around October. Some super funds report more frequently. Unfortunately, this is something you can't do.

You might want to check with your fund when they'll send your information to us next. Ask them for a balance update.

You don't need to wait for your myGov account to be updated to apply for a determination.

You might want to revisit the release process on our website.
